The 30th Annual Fall Showcase of New Homes

 

The Brown County Home Builders Association's premier new home tour is coming! Mark your calendar for this year's Showcase of New Homes, September 19 - 20, and 24 - 27. Weekend hours are 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weekday hours are 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25 will be Family Night – children 16 and under will be given free admission.

 

This year's Showcase of New Homes features area builders highlighting their design and construction craftsmanship for consumers to view. Whether consumers are looking for their first home, executive home, retirement home or just getting ideas, they're sure to find something that meets their style and price needs.

 

Tickets can be purchased at any home during the event. Tickets are $10 (children 2 and under are free if they are carried throughout the entire home). Presale tickets for $8 go on sale September 1 at the Brown County Home Builders Association. Presale tickets are also available at the following area businesses in Green Bay, Appleton and Sturgeon Bay: Bank Mutual; Lasting Impressions Decorative Finishings; Macco's Floor Covering; North Shore Bank and Van Vreede's TV & Appliance. When tickets are purchased, consumers will receive the official tour book.
